Minutes: Minutes of April 15, 2002 meeting were distributed and reviewed. Minutes accepted as written. Read thank-you correspondence.

Treasurer's Report: The April report and May preliminary were distributed and reviewed. Nancy accepted reports as received.

Executive Reports: VP Communications - Becky Hetchler: Coming up in June -Graduation 6/8, Honors 6/5 All Night Party after graduation 6/8. Senior exams June 3,4,5. Other finals June 11,12,13. Senior dinner 5/29/02. (WWW.GEOCITIES.COM/WMBOOSTER)

Membership: Nothing new to report. Administration: Mr. Mocny nothing new to report.

New Business: Nancy talked to Kmart and school spirit check should go out end of May. Schwan's we will be resigning with them next year. Mr. Callendar and two representatives from Robotics club came to thank us for our donation and presented the Boosters with a plaque. The team won at Epcot a national rookie award. Techno club came to thank us for our donation for their trip to Mammoth Caves. They presented us with a postcard thank you and a group picture. Tom Michels from DBT Awards & Graphics came and talked about fundraising in a different sense. Forming a "coaches club" where for a set amount you would be a member, receive admission to all home sporting events and receive an item of apparel with the school logo. Boy's varsity swim and dive team Coach Weston asking for $1,008 to buy ten knee length parkas. Motion passed. Biology teachers asking for $300.00 to purchase DVD players. Motion passed. Coach Doba asking for $600.00 to help purchase a ground base squat lunge machine. Motion passed. Dance team requesting $1,193.20 to purchase warm-ups. Motion passed.

VP Athletics - Greg Garavaglia: Not able to attend. Asked for sports reports, Track team boys won MAC white, a couple of kids are going to state. Coach Weston spoke about the open swims held for middle schools Fuhrman and Beer it was a big success to introduce the children to the sport.

VP Academics - Denise McGraw: Spring Fling May 31st. Veramy winners announced. Track meet May 28th 4:00 p.m. sign up sheet going around. Need help for stuffing registration information on 8/8 and on registration day 8/20. Sign up sheets passed out.

VP Fundraising - Chris Perry: Spoke of the Reverse Raffle will go ahead with this fundraiser start it in the fall will have the actual draw in the spring.

Committee Reports: All Night Party, in need of baby pictures also need workers to set up before and work. Junior parents should be there for take down so they can use decorations for next year. Nancy said a few words to the Boosters members in attendance, that most of the board will be gone in a year or two, so please consider learning about the board positions.
