Minutes: Minutes of February 24, 2003 meeting were distributed and reviewed. Minutes accepted as written.
Treasurer's Report: The February final and March preliminary were distributed and reviewed. Nancy accepted the reports as received.
President: Nancy welcomed everyone. Have received Schwan's check. Positions for Boosters board members are open for next year. Nominations done at the April meeting vote on positions at May meeting.
VP Academics - Denise McGraw: Thanks to all who worked Snowcoming. Spring Fling dance will be April 11 pass around sign up sheet for coatroom. Baseball fundraiser, bowling at Ark Sterling April 5th at 9:30.
VP Athletics - Greg Garavaglia: Spring sports schedules are here. Winter sports are done. Bowling season is over and the teams did well at State. Varsity boys placed 4th, JV girls 4th and JV boys won State Title! Varsity girls volleyball, MAC Blue Champs!
VP Communications - Steve Kranson: Events are on the web site. Toner cartridges recycling up and running. www.warrenmottboosters.com
VP Fundraising - Chris Perry: Staff versus student volleyball game March 28 there is a $3.00 admission. Boosters will be raffling off two Red Wings first round playoff tickets $2 a ticket, 3 tickets for $5 winner to be announced at the game. Reverse Raffle, tickets are available. Need not be present to win
Membership - Pam Gonzalez: One new member.
Administration: Special vote March 24, 2003 to amend the language of the original Bond issue. Mr. Mocny talked about the last parent teacher conferences and how it went.
Request from Ms.Grant, biology requesting funds to purchase a plaque for the Eco-system in the courtyard. Request for $39.00 made, seconded and approved. Suggestion made to check on the cost of adding each students name to the plaque who worked on the Eco-system additional funds may be available if cost within reason.
Committee Reports: Health Council collected $210.50 at conferences. ANP is in need of baby pictures. ANP selling Krispy Kreme cards for $10.00. Bottle drive underway. Also having a Mother's Day flower basket sale. Ads for the ANP book are for sale
