Minutes: Minutes of March 17, 2003 meeting were distributed and reviewed. Minutes accepted as written. Read thank you correspondence. Turned in receipt for Biology plaque.
Treasurer's Report: The March final and April preliminary were distributed and reviewed. Nancy accepted the reports as received.
President - Nancy Krentkowski: Checks for WCS winter security, Schwan's and Toner X received. Have Veramay's will get together after the meeting to go over. Positions are open for next year.
VP Academics - Denise McGraw: Two upcoming track meets 5/16 and 5/23 also Baseball districts on 5/31. Passing around sign up sheets. Thank you to those who helped at the last dance. Nominated Bonnie Vettraino for VP Academics position.
VP Athletics - Greg Garavaglia: Track meets and baseball districts coming up passing around signup sheet for ticket takers.
VP Communications - Steve Kranson: Events are on the web site. Toner cartridges recycling up and running. Working on getting updates to Warren Con TV. Band going on Bahamas cruise. Beer Middle School play on May 8th "Evil Doings". Band concert 5/14/03. www.warrenmottboosters.com
VP Fundraising - Chris Perry: Winners of Red Wing play-off tickets were Nancy and Ted Krentkowski. Profit from ticket sales $307.00. Staff vs. Student Volleyball game profit of $383.00, thanks to everyone that helped and attended. Reverse Raffle only 90 tickets sold congratulations to all the winners and thanks to everyone who participated in this event.
Membership - Pam Gonzalez: Nothing new to report.
Administration: Mr. Pankowski indicated there is a newsletter going out for Seniors. Mott building renovations progressing and on schedule. Thank you to all of the Boosters for all of your help and support throughout the school year!
Nominations for Booster officers - Bonnie Vettraino for VP Academics, Sue Crile treasurer, VP Communications Steve Kranson, VP Athletics Greg Garavaglia, Debbie Willard membership. Will take nominations next month along with voting. Thank you to Jan and Fred Slosek for taking concessions next year.
Committee Reports: All Night Party getting closer to the end, working on decorations.
