Minutes: Minutes of April 28, 2003 meeting were distributed and reviewed. Minutes accepted as written. Read thank you correspondence.
Treasurer's Report: The April final and May last of the school year preliminary were distributed and reviewed. Nancy accepted the reports as received.
President - Nancy Krentkowski: Passed around sign up sheets for 8/7/03 to stuff envelopes for registration 7:30 am till done and for registration day 8/19/03 8:00 am till done. All Veramay's are done and thank you to the committee who worked on this.
VP Academics - Denise McGraw: Prom tickets are on sale until 5/23/03. Need help in concessions for track meet 5/23/03 and 5/31/03 baseball/softball districts. Passing around sign up sheets. Thank you to everyone who helped with concessions.
VP Athletics - Greg Garavaglia: Thanks to everyone for helping. Baseball and softball districts coming up passing around signup sheet for ticket takers.
VP Communications - Steve Kranson: Events are on the web site. Toner cartridges recycling going well. www.warrenmottboosters.com
VP Fundraising - Chris Perry: Thank you to all who helped with fundraising. Mr. Noble introduced two possible fundraising opportunities, a stadium blanket and telecommunications mass mailing.
Membership - Pam Gonzalez: Nothing new to report.
Special - Julie Stanaway spoke about the Freshman Rush that will be taking place this new school year. This is to help transition the 8th graders to high school life. Letter will be coming home to explain in detail and the dates involved. 8/19, 20 and 21. Also, Warren Mott will be going for Blue Ribbon next year!
Administration: Mr. Mocny requested $500 for Rush week for snacks. Motion made, seconded motion passed. Thank you all for all of your help and support throughout the school year! It was a fantastic year - Mott received 6 championships!
Robotics Mrs. Pefley asking for $500.00 to help with costs for the upcoming season. Motion made, seconded and motion passed.
Baseball requesting $1,500.00 for a maroon wind screen. Motion made, seconded motion passed.
Request from PE class Mr. Doba asking for $960.00 to help purchase a Hammer High Row machine. Students have raised $800.00. Asking for the money now however, will not be purchasing it until February when the new weight room is ready. Motion made, seconded and motion passed.
Request for $500.00 Girls soccer for warm up suits. Motion made, seconded and motion passed.
Committee Reports: All Night Party getting closer to the end, working on decorations. There is a golf outing scheduled for June 1st . ANP welcomes all who would like to help out we could use the hands!
