Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.

Minutes Secretary – Sharon Ouvry: The report was read, the minutes stood approved.
Treasurer’s Report – Doug Ouvry: The report was read, the report stood approved.
VP Academics – Nancy Brown: Not able to attend, Prom is May 12, 2007 tickets $60.00. Tickets go on sale April 18 – 27 only 400 tickets available first come first serve. Dinner will be served at 7:45. Week of May 7 is senior spirit week, student staff volley ball game planned for Friday May 11.
VP Athletics – Garry Wolff: Spring Sports Start March 28, 2007.
VP Communications – Martin Heitkamp: Website is updated. He received an e mail why Mott Rode’s are not on website? They are on the Warren Mott website.
VP fundraising - Judy Hurt: Still collecting ink cartridges. Son Shine carpet on 13 Mile and Ryan will have flyers at the booster conference table in April.
Membership – Debbie Willard: Make sure she has your e mail address, if you have not been receiving an email regarding the booster meetings, she does not have you address. We have 184 members; you have to be a member to vote.
VP Concession – Debbie Walsh, Pam Cochrane. Thank you to everyone for their help. Track and baseball season will start in April; we will need help at concession.
Administration: Mr. Brad Martin: Showed a CD that the students in the Media class made showing Mott Pride.
Athletic Director: David Noble: Not able to attend. Mr. Martin – the football Mac Blue banner is being made to hang in the gym. We are having sports photos digital reprinted and framed of students that made “All State” they will hang in the hall of fame by Mr. Noble’s office.
Mr. Finkel came to speak to us about the Macomb Scholar Program. This is for juniors with a 3.6 or higher grade point average to apply for classes at Macomb Community College. Top 1% of students get class for free; top 3% have to pay $50.00 a class. This is for summer, fall and winter classes. Students have to take a full class load at Warren Mott, and the classes at Macomb Community College are for college credit. If you or your students have any questions, to make sure you contact the counselors any time. They will be happy to help you at any time.
New Business: Ms. Stone wanted to thank the booster for the T shirts for the science Olympiad. We received metals in 9 events. She is asking for $1,422.00 for one bus for the physic class to go to Cedar Pointe on May 17, 2007. Motion was made by Julie Sroka, second by Debbie Mazur. All in favor
Old Business: Euchre Party was a Big Success!! We had 66 players, all had fun!! Thank you to everyone that helped. We will like to do it again in the fall.
